Todd Blair

A campaign professional since 1992, Todd Blair's career has taken him from Maine to California to the Philippine Islands. He has played an instrumental role in federal, state and local campaigns, ballot initiatives and has worked for issue-advocacy organizations.

An accomplished writer of political television ads and direct mail, Blair has won Pollie Awards from the AAPC, and he served as a judge for the awards in 2008. He has co-authored articles for the Los Angeles Times, the Daily News and Campaigns & Elections magazine.

Blair is a member of the International Association of Political Consultants and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

A veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the VFW, Blair served in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuwait during the Persian Gulf War.

Garrett Biggs

Garrett Biggs is a Los Angeles native who cut his teeth in politics by working on numerous Los Angeles-area campaigns. Garrett began his career early, having been the youngest staff member in California while working for Assemblyman Nao Takasugi, who is featured in Tom Brokaw’s book The Greatest Generation.

Over the years, Biggs continued developing his craft working on political campaigns, and now after 15 years in the industry, is a veteran of nearly 100 campaigns.

Biggs has won national recognition for his work on political campaigns and causes. With years of experience producing and writing television and radio spots as well as direct mail literature, Garrett has won multiple Pollie Awards for excellence in campaign consulting. This includes awards for TV production, direct mail design and press relations.

Biggs has also appeared in the press on television, radio and in print as a commentator on the political scene. He has appeared in such publications as Campaigns & Elections magazine, the Los Angeles Times as well as CBS News Online and others.

Scott Wilk

Scott Wilk has dedicated the last 25 years to providing creative strategic communications and public affairs/political consulting to clients from coast to coast.

Wilk’s political experience includes on-site manager, advance person, press secretary, research director and general consultant. In 2000, Wilk was the lead consultant for Naval Officer Duane Sand. Sand scored a stunning upset in the North Dakota GOP U.S. Senate race. The Fargo Forum declared Duane Sand "shocked the Republican establishment... when he overwhelmed Rep. Al Carlson of Fargo 2-to-1."

During his public affairs career. Wilk has had the honor of producing special events for such dignitaries as President Ronald Reagan, Senator Bob Dole and NBA coach Pat Riley.

Wilk has been a guest on PBS's "Life & Times," KABC's "Insight," the Tribune Company’s "Pacesetters" and KCAL's "Cross Talk." He has been quoted in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Economist and many other publications.

Wilk also spent 5-1/2 years in senior management with the California Motor Car Dealers Association. He was responsible for directing lobbying efforts in Sacramento as well as developing grass-root strategies in support of the car dealers' legislative agenda.
